m7k8 Terms & Conditions and Player Rules

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between m7k8 and players who use the m7k8 platform (https://m7k8.app). By accessing this platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. We strongly encourage all players to read this page carefully.

1. General Provisions

m7k8 provides online gaming and football betting services to players residing in Myanmar. By using the services on this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out here.

Players must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. m7k8 may suspend or close any account registered with false information, and any remaining balance may be withheld.

2.2 Account Verification

m7k8 may request identity verification from a player at the time of a withdrawal request or at any other time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone. If unauthorized access to an account is detected, m7k8 must be notified immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for any method).
• All deposits must come from the player's own funds.
• m7k8 cannot accept third-party payments, and any refund processing costs will be borne by the player.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 1 hour. May take longer if verification is required.
• Withdrawals are only permitted once the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• m7k8 will prioritize using the same withdrawal method as the player's deposit method.

3.3 Financial Integrity

m7k8 will operate in accordance with financial regulations and may investigate suspicious transactions. Any money laundering activity will not be tolerated and will be acted upon accordingly.

4. Welcome Bonus and Promotions

The m7k8 welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

4.1 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the player must wager the bonus amount × 15 times.

• Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
• Example — Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 920,000 Ks → Wagering required: 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Requirements

• The bonus is awarded per individual player, per account, and for one deposit only.
• The welcome bonus does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• m7k8 may change bonus terms and conditions, and any changes will be announced on the platform.

4.3 Promotions

Periodic promotions are subject to their own specific terms and announcements, and apply alongside these general terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding the application of a promotion, m7k8's decision is final.

5. Gaming Rules

When playing any game on m7k8, players must follow these rules as well as the individual rules of the relevant game.

5.1 Fair Play

Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games, using bot software, or attempting to manipulate outcomes through unfair methods ("seeking unfair advantage") are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Football Betting

When placing football bets, players must make decisions carefully based on the match and odds information displayed. Bets cannot be changed once placed.

5.3 Playing with Bonus Funds

When playing with bonus funds, only the wagering requirement for those funds will be counted. Low-risk plays with a high chance of minimal loss (edge bets, counter-bet strategies) cannot be counted toward bonus wagering.

6. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform. If a violation is found, the account may be suspended and the remaining balance may be frozen—

• Opening multiple accounts while pretending to be a single player (multi-accounting).
• Deliberately engineering deposit and withdrawal patterns to obtain bonus funds (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation scripts, or third-party software that interferes with gameplay.
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other players or staff.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair gain (bug exploitation).

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request account closure at any time through 24/7 Live Chat. If closed voluntarily, any remaining balance (once the wagering requirement is met) will be paid out.

7.1 Cases Where m7k8 May Close an Account

If m7k8 determines that a player has violated these terms, registered with false information, or engaged in unfair gameplay, m7k8 may suspend the account without prior notice.

7.2 Remaining Balance

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between m7k8 and a player, the player must first contact m7k8's customer service team through 24/7 Live Chat to seek a resolution. Matters that cannot be resolved by customer service will be decided through the internal resolution process established by m7k8.

The player agrees that software logs are considered the accurate record in any dispute and that the decisions based on them are final.
