Responsible Gambling — Questions & Answers

Go to the Deposit Limit section in your m7k8 account settings and enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. If you want to increase the limit, the change will only take effect on a later date. Contact Customer Support if you have any issues.

You can agree on a Self-Exclusion period with Customer Support. Options include one month, six months, one year, or longer. Your account will not be reopened during that period.

Time-Out is a short-term break lasting a few days to a few weeks — your account reopens when the period ends. Self-Exclusion is a longer break, and you must contact Customer Support before the account can be reopened. If your situation is serious, Self-Exclusion is the recommended option.

If you find it hard to stop gambling, keep chasing losses, or hide your gambling from family — these are warning signs. Check the Self-Assessment section on this page and contact Customer Support.

You can contact Customer Support to arrange a withdrawal of your remaining balance during a Self-Exclusion or Time-Out period. The protection limits apply to gambling only — they do not block your ability to withdraw, and we will assist you with that.

If m7k8 finds that someone under 21 is playing, the account will be suspended immediately and the remaining balance will be handled accordingly. If you suspect someone you know is playing underage, you can report it to [email protected].
